( How To *Insert And Remove* The Ear Plugs )
1. Just prior to each use, work the earplugs between your fingers (10 seconds) to soften and make moldable.
2. Using your index finger, push [firmly & flatten] the ear plug against your ear opening (until a good seal is felt)
3. TO REMOVE: Simply pinch the ear plug between your thumb and index finger, gently pull down & outward.
